Feasibility Study into National Helpline, Rape Crisis Scotland
Is a national helpline feasible? How might it run? What are the experiences of other organisations running helplines? To find out, I interviewed key stakeholders and conducted case studies. I then wrote an in-depth report with a decision matrix and recommendations for action. Following on from this work, the Scottish Executive has funded a national helpline from 2007.
